Requests: We do requests on housing and it adds a small fee of 500$! In all reality it would be worthwhile to request a home. Your first home from us will have 20% discount. We offer home requests of small (2,000 Base Price), Medium (3,000 Base Price), and Large (4,500 Base Price). In requests we also offer the styling choice of the home (It is just a 750$ charge for your styling), we offer currently Modern, Rustic, Medieval, and Farm stylings. After the home is finished, we offer the choice to have a furnished household, this is a small fee of 500$. Feeling a bit cold during winter months? Add a fireplace for just 50$!

Remodeling: After a while you may not be happy with the total outcome of your home after a while, or your home is just plain getting boring. We as a company would love to make your house not a house, but a home. A small remodel is a small price of just 2,000$. Medium is 3,500$. And Large is 4,000$. We also refurnish homes for just 750$. No matter how big the job we get it done. 

Farms: We would also like to a add a beautiful farming aspect to your home! We offer the cheapest farming prices out there! It's 5$ for every plowed block. And with no additional cost we add fencing and water blocks. Animals are 60$ per animal! We build barns too! A barn is 500$!
